GenomeLab DTCS Quick Start Kit

The GenomeLab DTCS Quick Start Kit simplifies the process of reaction set up by using a reagent master-mix --reducing the number of pipetting steps from 10 to 4 over individual reagent vial kits, while using larger transfer volumes to reduce pipetting error. The master-mix of this dye terminator cycle sequencing (DTCS) kit incorporates reaction components, including DNA polymerase, dNTPs, dye terminators (ddUTP, ddGTP, ddCTP, ddATP) and reaction buffer, into a convenient, single tube for ease of use. pUC18 control template, M13 (-47) sequencing primer, sample loading solution, glycogen and mineral oil are also included in the kit. Each kit provides enough reagents to complete 100 sequencing reactions.

The GenomeLab Methods Development Kit provides two dye terminator sequencing chemistries in an individual reagent vial format, allowing for flexibility in performing sequencing reactions. Included in this kit are: thermostable DNA polymerase, dye terminators (ddUTP, ddGTP, ddCTP, ddATP), dNTP(I) and dNTP(G) solution, sequencing reaction buffer, pUC18 control template, M13 (-47) sequencing primer, glycogen, sample loading solution and mineral oil. Each kit provides enough reagents to complete 100 sequencing reactions.
